If you are experiencing voice call faults or broadband internet faults, we are able to diagnose and fix any faults that are on your side of the telephone network. Whatever equipment, sockets or cables reside on the inside of the master socket is your responsibility, anything outside is the responsibility of your provider.
Peace of mind
If we can demonstrate that any fault lies with the external network, thus not requiring any work on the internal network, we will charge a fault finding fee; the vast majority of faults are discovered well within an hour. This will give you the confidence to call for your provider to supply an engineer and remedy the fault without the threat of a high fee. If the fault is on the internal network and can be resolved within the initial hour, the only additional fees will be for any required materials.
